Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days free. You set up your builder, put it on your website and get real leads. The trial only turns into a paid plan if you've added a payment method, and we remind you before it does.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard or by email, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my leads if I leave?
They're yours. You can export your leads and price book whenever you like, and for 30 days after you cancel. If you come back within those 30 days, everything is restored.
Monthly or yearly?
Both will be offered. Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of paying.
How does the referral month work?
Share your referral link from your dashboard. When a company you referred finishes its free trial and becomes a paying customer, you get a free month. Refer 10 or more in your first year and you get 2 more months free.
